New MLOs

What every release includes

The same standard applies to every car, motorcycle and interior in the store.

Lore-friendly by design

Original designs with fictional names. No real-world brands, badges, logos or licensed liveries, in line with Tebex and Cfx.re content rules.

Optimized for busy servers

Several LOD levels, proper collision and compressed textures keep streaming light when a street fills up.

Add-on install

A standalone resource that replaces nothing in the base game. Drop it in, add one ensure line and spawn it by model name.

Open meta files

handling.meta, vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta are not encrypted, so handling, names and prices are yours to set.

Keymaster delivery

Purchases are granted to your Cfx.re account through Tebex. Updates are published to the same asset in Keymaster.

Support on Discord

Install questions and bug reports go through our Discord. Confirmed fixes ship as updates to the same asset.

Frequently asked questions

What server owners ask most before buying. For anything else, contact us on Discord.

Checkout runs through Tebex. As soon as payment clears, the asset is granted to the Cfx.re account you logged in with. Open Keymaster, go to Granted Assets and download. Nothing is emailed and nothing waits for manual approval, day or night.

Every vehicle and interior is a standard add-on resource, so it works on ESX Legacy, QBCore, QBox, vRP and standalone servers. Start the resource, add the model name to your vehicle shop or garage list and it is ready. No framework-specific files are needed.

Each vehicle includes several LOD levels, collision meshes and compressed textures. Vehicle resources contain no client scripts, so they add no idle CPU time in resmon.

Yes. handling.meta ships open and unencrypted, so you can tune top speed, acceleration, braking and grip to match your server's economy and driving style.

Streaming files (ydr, yft, ytd) are protected by Cfx.re escrow, which is how Keymaster delivers them. The meta and Lua files you need to configure the resource are not encrypted, so nothing stands between you and a working setup.

A purchase covers one server network and its test or development servers under the same Cfx.re account. Running it on a second community or reselling the files is not allowed. Networks that need multi-server rights can ask for a license in Discord.

No. An MLO is a pure map resource: start it and the interior is there. Where a location has doors that should lock or a teleport, the product page says so and tells you which free door-lock script works with it.

Yes, when a slot is open. We take custom vehicles, emergency fleet liveries and MLO commissions. Send a brief with references on Discord and we reply with a quote and timeline. Details are on the Custom orders page.

For as long as the asset is sold. Fixes and improvements are published to the same asset in Keymaster, so you download the latest build at no extra cost.

Contact us on Discord with your server console log and the asset name. Confirmed bugs are fixed in an update to the same asset. Digital files cannot be returned once granted, but if a problem cannot be fixed we will work out a solution with you.
