The quickest way to reach us is our Discord server. For install help or a bug report, include your Tebex transaction ID, the asset name and your server console log so we can reproduce the problem.

Before you contact us

• Read the installation guide. It covers the most common setup problems.
• Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the asset from Cfx.re Keymaster.
• Check that the resource folder name has no spaces and that it starts after your framework in server.cfg.

Purchases and payments

Payments, refunds and chargebacks are handled by Tebex, our payment provider. For billing questions you can also contact Tebex support through the link in your purchase receipt.
